General Description

Graziano’s is a neighborhood Italian restaurant featuring Pasta, Fresh Fish, Steaks and of course pizza made in our wood fired brick ovens. Graziano’s was one of the first restaurants in the Chicago area to feature wood burning ovens. Our ovens are fueled entirely by wood. We use a selection of apple, cherry and oak hardwoods which impart a unique flavor and crisp crust.
