Stephanie Fardal, DNP joined The Iowa Clinic OB/GYN department, bringing a strong passion for women’s health and an excitement to join a patient-centered clinic focused on providing exceptional care. Her journey into women’s health began in high school working with a nursing mentor, which blossomed into a more than decade’s long career as a labor and delivery nurse. Developing a trusting relationship with her patients and making an impact on both their lives and personal health journey is something Stephanie finds most rewarding. Having previously lived in Chicago, Stephanie is delighted to be back in Des Moines to care for women of central Iowa. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
