As a part of our mission to help organizations and businesses reduce the number of worksite injuries and lower workers compensations costs, we would like to make presentations to employees, professional organizations, conferences or conventions. We have three basic topics but would be happy to work with you on a topic specific to your audience. 1We are the only locally-owned company in Wichita, KS that is entirely devoted to occupational health. 2We are unique in our ability to provide onsite services for ergonomic consultation as well as physical therapy which can reduce the employee's time away from the workplace and can enhance case management. 3To assure our customers of quality care everytime, we staff only licensed Physical Therapists and do not use "care extenders" such as assistants, aides or techs. 4Our therapists have post-graduate training in industrial physical therapy, ergonomic assessment and functional training. As the only clinic in Wichita dedicated to occupational injuries our focus is returning the injured employee back to work as quickly as safely possible. Treatments can be provided in your facility to decrease time off from work or in our clinic at 1999 N. Amidon. To assure quality of care always, the patients are seen individually and by only licensed therapists; no assistants or technicians are utilized. The full spectrum of diagnoses seen by our therapists include:Rotator Cuff Injury, Neck and Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Dequervains Syndrome, Hip, Knee, Ankle, Shoulder, Elbow, Hand Pain, Postop Rehabilitation, Fractures, Tendonitis, Bursitis and other Orthopedic Diagnoses. Functional testing based on the specific physical requirements of the individuals job is utilized during the treatment to support return to work status. Our licensed therapists are certified Astym providers; trained in joint mobilization techniques; trained in Kinesiotaping and McConnell taping techniques; myofascial trigger point techniques and Ergoscience functional testing.
