She completed her residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY where she served as chief resident and won awards for clinical care, educational pursuits and research accomplishments. Dr. Cornwell completed a clinical and research fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Rady Children's Hospital – San Diego and University of California San Diego's Department of Urology. "I plan to continue to work on clinical research projects and quality improvement projects while at Norton.
