General Description

The American Millennium Project (AMP) is an education and quality of life initiative created in the year 2000 to teach "local" history and "local" culture to the "locals," and their guests. AMP achieves this through the development of local AMP Tours, and through the establishment of AMP Clubs for local students from 6th grade through college. AMP Tours have been developed in seven (7) regions throughout Louisiana, and are available to all Louisiana students in public, private and charter schools, as well as home-schooled student groups.
