General Description

Established in 1980, Longfellow’s Restaurant (right on Main Street in Kingfield, Maine) has long been a place that locals enjoy and where visitors are soon made to feel at home. Chef/Owner Christopher Doucette and his wife, Melissa Doucette have kept the restaurant in the family, taking over in 2013. And, as we’re located less than an hour from both Sugarloaf and Farmington, visitors passing through often find us an enjoyable place to stop. With our year-round, comfortable interior seating and seasonal deck overlooking the scenic Carrabassett River, our atmosphere is secondary only to the excellent food and service we like to provide. We always try to accommodate dietary needs and offer both gluten free and vegetarian options.
