General Description

Jane S. Camara is an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner, caring for Internal Medicine patients in the office of Dr. Ehab Sorial at Prima CARE. Ms. Camara earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing Degrees at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth. She was an Intensive Care Nurse at Charlton Memorial Hospital prior to joining Prima CARE in 2008. She is experienced in the outpatient management of a variety of medical conditions, in Women’s Health, and in office-based dermatologic procedures. Ms. Camara has also provided subacute and long-term medical care at the Fall River Health Care facility for the past 10 years. Ms. Camara is Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has Critical Care Certification. She has been a dedicated clinical mentor for Nurse Practitioner students from several graduate programs in Massachusetts. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
