Alyssa chose pediatric medicine because of her own experience as a pediatric patient in the hospital as child. The care she received as a child has been her inspiration for choosing pediatric care. Alyssa is passionate about the work she does because she knows with each day she is presented a new opportunity to better herself and those around her.
