Todd Laughner was born, raised and received his primary, secondary, collegiate and graduate education in Ohio. Dr. Laughner graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Biology from Youngstown State University. He attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland graduating in 1991 as the Class Valedictorian. Dr. Laughner completed his surgical residency training in 1993 at the Kern Hospital for Special Surgery located in Warren, Michigan. He had practiced Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Portland, Maine before locating to the Tri City Area in 1996.
