Nestled in the woodlands and wetlands of Bloomington, Minnesota, Martin Luther Campus sits overlooking the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our campus, which has served older adults for over 55 years, provides many services and programs to the greatest generation. At Meadow Woods Assisted Living, we provide Assisted Living, Memory Care and Stay by the Day apartments to older adults needing services. Many older adults at our Assisted Living are very independent, they just may need housekeeping and 3 meals per day or they may need lots of assistance. You can customize the plan that's right for you. Our goal is help keep you as independent and able as long as possible to enhance your quality of life. Our Memory Care is a unique neighborhood that is small, quaint and incorporates our special Dimensions Program to ensure our residents receive person centered care and programming.
