Pompeii Pizzeria is located in a Sherburne County historic building at 315 Jackson Ave Elk River Mn. The business has great visibility with a huge new front window and window transom, located just off of highway 10 in historic downtown Elk River. The pizzeria has front and rear entrances with a city parking lot adjacent to the rear entrance. Built in 1915 as the Bank of Elk River. All of our pizzas include Sicilian olive oil, fresh mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and sea salt. We stretch fresh mozzarella cheese from curd every morning in the pizzeria to achieve the best flavor and texture for the cheese on our pizzas and salads. We grate our parmesan cheese daily in house for the freshest flavor. We also offer specialty cheeses including gorgonzola, goat and feta to create unique combinations.
