Challenges can stem from current/past trauma, depression, anxiety, social relationships, communication barriers in marriages/couples, or feelings of isolation/loneliness. You do not have to be in this alone. Being supported, or validated, through counseling can bring clarity and hope into your life. I assist you by providing support, navigating challenges, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating your success overcoming those challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individual sessions.
