Mind Body & Pilates is a unique fitness facility that focuses on overall wellness. We are the only facility in Northern Nevada with the revolutionary BILT fitness machines and Gratz Pilates Apparatuses (the original manufacturers of Pilates equipment). Our staff is specifically trained to work with the individual needs of each client to best enhance his/her strengths and overcome his/her weaknesses. The workouts, whether in a group or individual session, focus on: form, safety, and alignment that progress to challenge any level.
