Here at Margheritaâ€™s , we take pride in serving our customers authentic Italian cuisine that is true to our heritage. Born and raised in a small fishing and farming town, Molfetta, Italy, our family immigrated with great anticipation in 1968 to the heart of Hoboken. Leaving the comfort of our traditions was a compromise we were not willing to make. Catching fresh fish from the Adriatic and picking fresh olives, almonds, and vegetables from our farm was a way of life that was hard to leave behind.
