General Description

A native Texan, Dr. Patel grew up in the Dallas area suburb of Carrollton, where he graduated as salutatorian from Creekview High School.He was a magna cum laude graduate in Biochemistry from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and went on to complete his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed his internship, a two-year psoriasis research fellowship, and dermatology training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where he graduated as Chief Resident under the direction of Dr. Alan Menter.
