I am a telehealth provider for clients in New Jersey and Massachusetts. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients overcome anxiety and depression and start feeling better. I understand that this process can feel overwhelming, so my style is warm and supportive. I encourage clients to guide the pace and direction of our sessions while I provide support, insight, and strategies to help them move forward. I also use humor when appropriate so the process does not always feel too serious or heavy. When necessary, I am direct and honest in a supportive way to help clients recognize what they may need to do differently in order to see different results.
