Osteopathic manual medicine involves looking at a person's neuro-musculoskeletal structure and identifying how this impacts one's function. I use manual therapies such as myofascial release, muscle energy, counterstrain and cranio-sacral techniques to reduce pain and restore/improve the overall function of the body.
