General Description

Over 20 yrs ft in The plumbing heating industry in & around the NYC areas. I learned my trade in the field working in what was a family owned plumbing & heating business which is no longer around. While I myself am not licensed( mostly for economic reasons.I do have connections with Licensed companies.I do intend to get at least a Westchester county License in the near Future. I service residential & commercial customers throughout most of the Nyc area Except Staten Island & service Westchester County within 40 miles of the Bronx of course If the plumbing heating services you require are of a bigger amount I will travel to Staten Island or Long Island (Nassau & Suffolk Counties) as well. My rates are reasonable & I will work for other plumbers /contractors on projects for a set daily or weekly rate(depending upon location as low as $180- $200 per day). You need to understand that my years of experience education training etc. are valuable.I charge in most case less than half or half of what even the cheapest lawyer charges.most lawyers start @ a minimum of app. $250 per hour & up accountants & other professionals also charge high rates.You must also understands that I like most other professionals have overhead cost such as insurance ( auto & business) rent utilities supplies vehicle maintenance etc. I ask that you respect that. If you want to pay $40 for a repair etc. do it yourself or find your local supt.etc. Specialties Plumbing heating repairs renovations, purchasing, estimation plan reading etc. Excellent in Mgmt of employees, job site customer service & building mgmt,retaining relationships in different fields Lic.NYS Real Estate sales person can rent apts. Manage the whole building big or small or the maintenance & repairs Excel in retention tenant & general satisfaction & much more. I am a quick learner & thinker.
