General Description

Dr. David Milbourn was born in Arizona but raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. He is a Tar Heel and studied chemistry, biology and exercise and sports science while at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate years. Prior to medical school, he worked at the American Red Cross. In 2013, Dr. Milbourn relocated to Charlotte with his wife for his pediatrics residency training. After finishing his residency, he served as chief resident at Levine Children's Hospital. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, taking trips to the NC mountains and coast, exploring the many parks around Charlotte and watching UNC sports or Panthers football.
