My passion is not just helping people live longer but helping them live better. I focus on improving "health span" rather than merely lifespan and use a holistic and prevention-focused approach to managing chronic diseases. \n I have a deep interest in sports medicine and offer musculoskeletal care, including joint injections - with and without point-of-care ultrasound - which allows me to treat a range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions directly in the clinic. \n Building long-term relationships with my patients is important to me, and, from my first visit with a patient, I work to earn their trust. I want them to feel empowered, heard and supported throughout every step of their health journey. \n I'm originally from Pennsylvania; I was born in Harrisburg and raised in Mechanicsburg. My parents immigrated to the U.S. shortly before I was born, and they ran a gas station as our family business. Growing up in that environment taught me the value of hard work and resilience and the importance of community. Those are values I carry with me into my medical practice every day.
