As a Registered Dietitian, Emilie Riddle (she/her) is passionate about supporting her patients to live healthy, vibrant lives. She strives to help patients focus on long-term body positive outcomes: improved energy and emotional wellbeing, consistent engagement in physical activity, restorative sleep, healing their relationship with food, and increased confidence in their ability to fuel their body well and find balance in their lives.
