General Description

From a young age, I have always been fascinated by the human body and the complex ways it works. This passion, along with a desire to help others, is what led me to become a doctor. My approach to patient care is treating the patient as a whole and not simply focusing on the disease or symptoms they present with. I also emphasize patient education, disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. It is the continuity of care and fostering of relationships I value most as a primary care physician. The ability to equip patients with the tools to be active participants in the management of their health, and seeing those implemented changes lead to positive outcomes, is what I find most rewarding. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, participating in dance and other artforms, as well as outdoor activities.
