He earned is medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, N.Y. and completed a residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Albert is a clinical assistant professor of surgery at Northeast Ohio Medical University and is an assistant professor of otolaryngology at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
