Our therapists use the following interventions to help you reach your goals: -Exercise to improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance -Joint mobilization to restore or correct alignment and motion in the spine or extremities following any injury or immobilization -Soft tissue mobilization, a hands-on technique to reduce muscle tightness and spasms and reduce edema or swelling -Ergonomic instruction to help perform daily or work activities in a more efficient manner, and to help reduce reoccurrences. Treatment Modalities: -Ultrasound to decrease pain and help with stretching -Electrical stimulation to re-educate muscles or relive muscle spasms -Iontophoresis to apply anti-inflammatory medication Special Services: -Aquatic Therapy -Work Conditioning -Functional Capacity Evaluations -Pediatrics (non-developmental diagnoses) -Custom Foot Orthotics
