The Model Group partnered with the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation (WHRF) to preserve and revitalize eight historic buildings at the primary intersection of the neighborhood business district. This mixed-use project features 51 apartments and 56,000 square feet of commercial space. Paramount Square is home to the first minority-owned brewery in the history of Cincinnati.
