I provide a mind-body centered approach to mental health. Mind-body work restores joy, vitality, physical well being and intimacy with others by freeing up emotional blocks in a safe and supportive manner. Grief, depression, anxiety, stress, and couples conflict are also addressed. This approach helps a wide variety of trauma including traumas which underly painful physical symptoms. I have over twenty-five years of experience helping individuals, couples and teens to achieve healing. My background of study includes extensive work with many of the most highly regarded leaders in the field of mind-body psychology. My practice serves clients from both southern Oregon and the Willamette Valley. I am very dedicated to your well-being and success in healing whatever difficulties you are facing in life.
