General Description

Overlooking the Deschutes River in Bend, and in the heart of historic downtown Redmond, our restaurants are warm and welcoming, with a contemporary and casual atmosphere. Our steaks are sourced from Snake River Farms and Double R Ranch in Boise, Idaho. Natural and Hormone Free. All steaks are custom aged a minimum of 28 days. Each steak is hand cut by our chef to our exacting standards. We also feature American Kobe Beef from Snake River Farms. Snake River Kobe Beef far exceeds the quality of all other U.S. Beef brands and has a higher marbeling score than U.S.D.A. Prime.
