At our Superior Walls plant in Ephrata, we manufacturer the Xi Wall (standard insulated, ready-to-finish), Xi Plus Wall (extra insulation), and UI Wall (uninsulated). Each wall system we design, build, and install is guaranteed for 15 years against side wall water penetration and structural defects. Weaver Precast is the original manufacturer of Superior Walls in the United States. Our company began in 1958 when Charles W. Weaver and Luke S. Weaver founded Charles W. Weaver, Inc., a residential masonry contracting firm based in Lancaster, PA. Weaver Precast was founded in 1985 to re-enter the residential construction market.
