General Description

Philly InMovement has been providing movement education for Philadelphians of all ages and ability levels since 2008. InMovement’s philosophy emphasizes increasing one’s movement possibilities as an essential part of personal growth and community involvement. Philly InMovement students don’t feel judged but rather encouraged to believe in themselves and learn at their own pace in a safe and patient environment. Through exciting and creative activities, InMovement reaches to find a balance between joyful play and proper technique. A body InMovement is strong physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Programs are primarily offered in gymnastics, dance, rock climbing but also offer many other movement based activities. Our classes concentrate on body awareness, co-ordination, increasing strength and flexibility, deepening focus and having fun.
