By Faith Primary Care House Calls LLC's mission, vision and purpose is to provide high quality health care to everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. A Registered Nurse since 1996, Nurse Practitioner since 2009 and working at Memphis area medical facilities; I've had the opportunity to watch families struggle to bring a loved one to doctor's appointments. My heart also broke for those patients who lacked support or aid to routinely make their scheduled doctor's appointment. Through this, I identified a gap that continues to profoundly affect many patients.
