General Description

Curb Side Casseroles began about 5 years ago when Bradford Williams was asked by a friend to help her with their school’s Teacher Appreciation Week. She needed to provide 200 teachers with a “take home meal” that could be baked and eaten when they got home from a long day of teaching. Not knowing it then, it really was the birth of her “prepared meals” business. Well, the next week, Mr. McPherson called and asked for “another one of those delicious casseroles” that he enjoyed from the Teacher Appreciation Week. When he came to pick up the last casserole Bradford still had in the freezer, he smelled some freshly baked blueberry muffins, and promptly asked...”Can I buy some of those too?” Bradford's parents were visiting from out of town that weekend and her dad said, "I think someone is trying to tell you something" - with his hand pointing up! "God has a plan for you!" She decided to hand it over to the Lord and allow Him to work through her. "I just did the leg work. The Lord provided everything!"
