Horn graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by graduate school at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She received her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her preventive medicine residency at the University of South Carolina and her family medicine residency at Houston Methodist Hospital. Horn is a former faculty member at the world-renowned Duke University Diet and Fitness Center. Outside of work, she’s a physical activity enthusiast who enjoys running, indoor cycling, strength training, and paddle boarding.
