Dr. Limosnero struggled personally with skin and digestive issues, weight loss, and infertility. A regular yoga practice is what opened up her eyes to a new way of looking at health and how our physical bodies are connected to our mind and soul. Food was no longer just calories but a source of nourishment and vital energy.
