General Description

I help my clients live happier, healthier lives. Whether they are children or adults, they are usually wrestling with concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD and related medical concerns.Dr. Valdez opened her clinical practice in 2006 in the Fort Worth medical district. She balanced the private practice with full time teaching for 8 years, first at UNTs Dallas Campus and then at Tarleton State University. Although she loved teaching counseling courses to graduate students, she returned to full time practice in 2014.
