General Description

Todd Steele LMT bases your therapy on the concepts of myofascial trigger points and Anatomy Trains' 12 continuous lines of muscle/fascia. He observes your posture for imbalances that strain your body and accelerate aging if left unattended. He examines where you want relief and treats tight bands of muscle. Improved posture, health, freedom of movement, and reduced or eliminated pain enhance quality of life. Although not certified in Anatomy Trains, clients tell him he achieves significant improvements. Your problems will likely return because of habits of how you use your body. Steele recommends frequent daily self-care and teaches stretches and the use of tools like a lacrosse ball. They add to and maintain your results from each session.

Atmosphere

The office is in a quiet courtyard surrounded by trees and a creek, in a mostly residential development. A comfortably decorated waiting room, restrooms, bottled water and a wheelchair are available for your convenience. The decor includes original paintings by a variety of artists, and occasionally some of my own photographs. The Therapy room is a garden room setting overlooking the woods, with the sounds of birds filtering in, adding to the eclectic mix of background music.
