General Description

I am a single provider, private practice LPC, NCC. I have worked as a counselor 6 years and had my own practice 4 yrs. I treat ages 13 and up. Love to work with couples, families, and adults. Specialize in couples and family counseling utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is an attachment based approach. Also specialize in Family of Origin Wounds and Childhood Trauma, specifically generational trauma. I help clients see where they have unintentionally carried forward beliefs and behaviors of their past and where and how it shows up in their current relationships.
