I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals facing the challenges of depression and anxiety. My focus is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel truly heard and respected, empowering you to take the first steps toward healing. Living with depression/anxiety while juggling work, family responsibilities, or relationships can be difficult.
