I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and experience supporting individuals and families through a variety of mental health challenges. I am passionate about maternal and perinatal mental health because I understand how deeply motherhood can impact a woman’s emotional well-being. My own experience with pregnancy and motherhood gave me a personal understanding of how overwhelming this transition can be and how easily a mother’s needs can become secondary to everyone else’s. That experience strengthened my passion for helping mothers navigate motherhood while maintaining their identity, emotional wellness, and sense of self. As a clinician, I am known for being personable, compassionate, down-to-earth, and solution-focused. I create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being honest while also being empowered and held accountable for their growth. I would be honored to bring my clinical experience, authenticity, and passion for supporting mothers to Blume Health. My goal is to help mothers feel heard, supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to thrive not simply survive through every season of motherhood.
