Tam Phan, MD, MBA, completed her medical degree in 2016 at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and finished her Pediatric residency through the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2019. Board certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Phan is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
