General Description

Kimberly Mullinax, MD, earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Houston. She started as a Texas-certified math and science teacher and taught high school in Pasadena, Texas and abroad in Hadano, Japan. After these experiences, Dr. Mullinax pursued a medical degree from the Texas A&M University College of Medicine. In 2004, she completed her internship in Internal Medicine and then in 2007, completed her residency in Dermatology at Texas Tech University. She is a member of the American Board of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology, and more. In her free time, she loves to travel and tries to learn enough of her destination's language. She enjoys cooking, baking, and exercising to burn all those extra calories.
