I believe in the power of being present. Through active-listening and trauma-informed care I strive to provide treatment that is individualized and client-centered. My main areas of focus include trauma (to include childhood trauma, military trauma, and sexual trauma), working through life transitions, military life stressors, and coping skills for depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses. I have worked as a therapist for 14 years, and have served in many settings to include inpatient psychiatric, PHP/IOP, residential treatment centers, military behavioral health clinics, intensive in-home settings, and school settings.
