We work with insurance companies while remaining an independent repair facility focused on the quality of the repair and the needs of the vehicle owner. Every vehicle is evaluated individually. Not every dent or damaged panel is a candidate for paintless dent repair, particularly when paint is cracked, severely compromised, or the damage involves structural components. Our goal is to recommend PDR when it is an appropriate repair method rather than simply attempting to repair every vehicle that comes through the door.
