“Off the Top” has been in operation since 1996 and is solely owned and operated by Priscilla “Prissy” McKelvey. We are Full Service Hair and Nail Salon for men, women, and children. We specialize in women's, men's and children's haircuts as well as foil highlighting, coloring, perms, keratin complex treatments and facial waxing. We have 6 stylists and 2 nail techs on board who are well established, very experienced, and amazingly talented available to serve you!
