Schedule an appointment and view current pricing at https://24hrcs.setmore.com/ or call 210-488-4995 for pricing and drop-off arrangements. Services include computer diagnostics and repair, virus and malware removal, Windows troubleshooting and setup, Windows password resets, virus protection setup and renewal, network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, performance improvements, hardware replacement, backup and file transfers, drive cloning, data recovery assessment, preventive maintenance and cooling, remote support, printer and email setup, secure data destruction, recycling assistance and help choosing and purchasing equipment. No products are kept in stock. We do not repair Apple computers, phones or tablets, and do not perform motherboard micro-soldering; we can diagnose problems and discuss replacement options. Diagnostic and repair labor are bundled. Replacement parts cost extra, and approval is obtained before any work begins. Repairs usually take the same day to three business days, depending on parts. A 30-day workmanship warranty applies under our published policy.
