Ember & Bloom Therapy Co., PLLC was created from a simple belief: people deserve care without having to shrink themselves, mask who they are, or prove that their struggles are “bad enough” to deserve support. Founded by licensed therapist Christy Song, Ember & Bloom was built to provide a compassionate, affirming space for people navigating the complicated realities of being human. Our practice supports individuals and relationships experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. We are proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, kink-aware, and welcoming of polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, and relationship-diverse communities. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, collaborative, and consent-centered care. We believe that the ways people survive deserve understanding rather than judgment, and that healing does not require becoming someone else. The name Ember & Bloom represents the belief that growth can happen even after difficult seasons. Sometimes we are tending to an ember. Sometimes we are blooming. Both deserve care. Our goal is to help build a more compassionate and connected community by providing therapy where people can feel seen, supported, and empowered to live more fully as themselves.
