I approach our work from a strongly relational perspective. I value the therapeutic connection we form as a powerful medium for learning, healing & growth. I explore meaning to identify and honor the rooted cultural & personal values you bring to guide the therapeutic process. Trauma-Focused Work I use Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Applied Polyvagal Theory & Somatic Attachment in helping my clients heal from past and current traumas. Change-Focused Work I am trained in and use the following therapies to help clients interested in change-focused work: CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
