She is committed to restoring patients to their highest level of function by applying evidence-based strength and conditioning principles. Kayla believes in the resiliency of the human body and empowers patients to become active participants in their recovery. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, weightlifting, playing ice hockey, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and traveling. She also enjoys following sports and can usually be found discussing the latest sports news. A Minnesota native, Kayla relocated to Utah in 2024.
