General Description

I am a physical therapist practicing in women’s health emphasizing pelvic health physical therapy who specializes in Pilates based rehabilitation. I also work with patients that have orthopedic or balance concerns. I have been a physical therapist for over 30 years and became interested in PT after recovering from multiple sports-related injuries as I was a multi-sport athlete in my youth. I am passionate about implementing breathwork and the mind-body connection into physical therapy through therapeutic yoga and Pilates interventions in treating patients with a holistic perspective toward positive movement experiences. I am an outdoor desert rat and sunshine junky growing up in Las Vegas and calling Saint George in Southern Utah home for the past 18 years where I have been blessed to live near my children and grandchildren. I enjoy pickleball, hydrotherapy yoga, reformer Pilates and outdoor elliptical bicycle riding but especially enjoy off-roading and hiking to reach beautiful nature landscapes for unique outdoor yoga practice experiences.
