Long Trail Physical Therapy is a multidisciplinary, dedicated team of clinicians providing comprehensive, specialized care to all facets of orthopedic and sports medicine dysfunction. The integrated knowledge and skill of our physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and certified athletic trainers facilitates clinical management of each client?s unique needs. Each Clinician?s experiences, therapeutic interests and specializations enhance our clinical approach to accurately and effectively restore function, which in turn, progresses the client to a self-management protocol. Long Trail Physical Therapy is owned and operated locally. We currently have four offices located in Burlington, Middlebury, Milton, and Richmond. We specialize in treating conditions of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones and joints.
