For 18 years, The Blue Iguana has been a fixture here in Fairfax, Virginia. One of the first of the new school of Chef driven restaurants, The Blue Iguana was finally sold by it's first owners, whom have retired, to Clifton & Nargiza Wilcox in August of 2013. Two of Blue's longtime employees, Ian Purcell & Michael Leutbecker, have since taken over daily operations since the beginning of 2014. Ian & Michael are excited about the prospects of new ownership, new Executive Chef Jim Cernak, and our new amazing Creole-fusion menu.
